Client Login Tutorial

The following tutorial is a step-by-step guide for easily accessing and navigating your client portal. After completing this tutorial you will be familiar with logging into your client portal, navigating in your client portal, accessing messages & files sent to you, uploading files, and filling out the Field Operation Form.

  1. Check that the listed email and contact info is correct, if not please notify us so this can be updated.
  1. Using your mobile device open a web browser and enter the following URL: centerfieldsolutions.ca or simply google search Center Field Solutions.
  1. Once you arrive at the CFSL home page click “LOGIN” at the top of the page. You will be redirected to the client portal login page.
  1. If you would like to easily access the login page using a shortcut on your iPhone home screen, as shown circled in red, please follow the steps outlined below.
  • Tap the bookmark icon at the bottom of your screen.  
  • Tap ‘Add to Home Screen’ and edit the name to something you’ll find easy to remember and tap on the ‘Add’ button.
  1. Enter the Username and Password provided to you and toggle the “Remember Me” check box. If you have access to your email you may use the “Lost your password?” option to change your password to something more memorable. If you choose this option you will receive a link to create a new password via email.
  1. Once successfully logged in, you will arrive at your private and secure ‘Hub Page’. This page will be used as a communication tool between you and Center Field Solutions. On this page you can see the following options:
  • Private Messages – If you are seeing something in your fields and have any questions/comments or need access to information, it can be requested here. Our entire team has access to these messages and someone will fill your request or be in contact with you as soon as possible. At times we may request information from you using this tool.  It is important to reply to all messages in a timely manner so we can efficiently manage our work load.  All Private Message history is visible from your Hub Page, and any messages sent to you using this tool will also be sent to the email address associated with your account.
  • Your Uploaded Files – From here you can view and download all files that have been uploaded for your use. Each time a file is uploaded for you, a notification message will be sent to the email address associated with your account.  We recommend that you download and save any files under “Your Uploaded Files” in a safe location.
  • Your Pages – Listed under ‘Your Pages’ will be your Farm Name. By clicking this link you will be redirected to your Field Operation Form.  This form is to be submitted following the completion of any field operation. The types of operations listed in this form include: seeding, herbicide application, fungicide application, insecticide application, swathing, and harvesting.  This form has been created with simplicity and ease of use in mind. All forms have been pre-populated with field land legals and common names, as well as, all available products.  It is important to complete this form and submit after any field operation so we can efficiently plan to visit your fields.
  • Upload Files Here – This tool can be used to upload photos or files (supports any file format) to your Hub Page. We encourage you to use this tool to regularly share what is happening on your farm. To upload files click “Add Files” and select the photo or file you would like to upload. Once you have selected your file click “Start Upload”.
  • Your Files – From here you can view and access any files that you have uploaded to your Hub Page.
  1. From the navigation menu located below the Center Field Solutions Ltd. logo, you can access all other pages, we have made available to our clients. This includes:
    1. Gallery – The gallery will include photos such as pests and common issues to watch for in your field.
    2. Blog ­– Blog posts will be published to give general updates to all our clients about relevant issues, management practices, and products.
    3. Calendar – The events calendar will be updated regularly with any upcoming information sessions, field tours, etc.
  1. To return to the CFSL home page, navigate your Hub Page and click ‘LOGOUT’.
